How Does the Refund Work?
If your application is rejected, the consultancy fee is refunded within 14 business days to the account you paid from. Only official government fees paid directly to the state (such as embassy fees) are non-refundable, because that money does not stay with us.

We know that an international bank account is not available to everyone in Afghanistan. That is why we offer several payment options:
Bank Transfer (IBAN)
If you or your relatives have an account in Türkiye or Europe, you can transfer directly to our bank account.
Hawala (Money Exchange)
Through trusted exchange offices in Kabul, Herat or Mazar-i-Sharif, you can send money to our representative in Türkiye.
Payment by Relatives in Türkiye
A family member or friend in Türkiye can pay on your behalf.
Installment Payment
If needed, pay the fee in two stages: half at the start, half after your documents are ready.
